While traveling in Adventure, Stamina is one of the most important aspects of your character that you can have.  It is also the one that is the easiest to control.

When you first start in Adventure, you are given 15 Stamina to start out.  This can increase by 3 means.

  • Level Up.

As your character levels up in Adventure, every five levels you will be given 1 increase to your max Stamina.  This happens at levels: 6, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60.

Every few levels, you are given a Leadership Point.  This can be used to strengthen your party in a variety of ways.  1 of which is to increase your stamina.  You can put 5 points into Stamina.  The bonuses are NOT cumulative, but just a total increase.  Level 1(+2 Stamina).  Level 2(+3 Stamina).   Level 3(+5 Stamina).   Level 4(+6 Stamina). Level 5(+8 Stamina)

There are various collections throughout Adventure that when completed will give you a permanent +1 boost to your Stamina.  These are:

  1. Rainbow Wreath - This 8 piece collection requires you to collect a flower from Mysterious Mountain, Orc Camp, Cavern of Ancient Ruins, Mage Tower, Cursed Forest, Polar Glacier, Flaming Volcano, & Imperial Tomb.  The first 8 locations.
  2. Ultimate Egg Collection -  This 4 piece collection can be found in Impact Site.  2 from Grandmother, 1 from Killer, and 1 from the Nutrient Storage node.
  3. Demon Ring Collection -  This 4 piece collection can be found in Hellgate.  1 from Deman Lord, 1 from Demonic Ninja, and 1 on each route to the other 2 bosses.
  4. Angelic Wing Collection - This 4 piece collection can be found in Skyland.  All 4 pieces are found in the map.  2 at each of the first green nodes on the 2 different starting routes.


Besides permanent increases, there are also temporary increases.  This is done by consuming the food Consumables.

In regards to the consumables., I suggest that any/all Chicken Steak you get are saved until you have at least 30+ Stamina.  Basically, don't use it while a Burger is good enough to fully restore your stamina.
