<- Profit

Silver is the one of the first materials you can make that either requires you to buy Smith Tokens, or can be purchased from the Black Market(Ignoring the free ones from Adventure).

Being a S.T. or B.M. material also means that it does not have 10 swords like coin bought materials, but only 7.

1 Rank C sword; 3 Rank B swords, and 3 Rank A swords.  There is no Rank D here.  However, every sword made is still basically a loss(unless you got some from Adventure), because unlike the coin bought materials like Copper or even Hyper Steel MA where you only need 1 of each to craft, you need more.  For Silver and all others like it, you need 4; 3 Silver Ores, & 1 Steel Ore.  Which is why the crafts are never a profit, and why we will not initially look at it for its profit margin, but rather its loss, and the difference in sell value; especially the fusion.

Silver;  3 X 2,500 Coins, and Steel at 1,000.
Name Sell Price Cost (Loss) or Profit Fusion / Fusion Cost

Fusion Profit

Silver Sword 3,100 8,500 (5,400)  -   -
Silver Bell 5,010 8,500 (3,490) Exorcist -
Silver Star 5,090 8,500 (3,410) Silver Warden -
Holy Cross 5,090 8,500 (3,410) Scarlet Crusader -
Exorcist 22,000 - - 15,030 6,970
Silver Warden 20,700 - - 15,270 5,430
Scarlet Crusader 19,200 - - 15,270 3,930

You can get Silver in Cavern of Ancient Ruins & Cursed Forest, so we will now look at what happens if all 3 of the stones are free, and you only paid for the steel.

Results:

As you can see, when you have to purchase every material via the black market other than the Fusions, the first table shows that all swords are a loss.  The average loss of those 4 swords is: (3,927.5).  Which means, that even 1 extra Silver Sword will basically be a loss of money on the Silver Warden & Scarlet Crusader swords, and barely be worth it on the Exorcist.   As I'm sure you've noticed by now.. you will get Katana more than the others.

However, that's just by looking at the sell values. The true cost of the Fusion isn't just what the 3 swords sell for, but how much it cost to make them. Remember, if you had to pay for the materials, even the Rank-B swords are a loss. Thus, the true cost of each Fusion is actually 25,500 Coins. And the average loss of each fusion, assuming you get it all perfect is (4,866.67).

Now, lets look at the 2nd table.  First off, this is assuming you got all 3 from Adventure.  That will happen sometimes, but not enough to make everything you need.  Still, from 1 extreme to the other.  The big difference we notice is that all swords are a profit.  This drastically raises the average and instead of it being a negative (3,927.5), it is now a positive 3,572.5 coins per craft.

Last thing to note is that it takes 6 hours to craft this.  So your average loss or profit depending on where you got your materials can range from (3,927.5) to 3,572.5 Coins.
